Every invitation addressed to the Lieutenant Governor is reviewed with care. A response or follow-up will be provided within 15 days of submitting the form, depending on the nature of the request.
It is important to note, however, that the Lieutenant Governor receives a large number of invitations. Although she sincerely appreciates each one, it is not always possible for her to respond favourably.
Invitations are assessed based on the priorities of her schedule, and she reserves the right to accept or decline a request. A refusal at a given time in no way reflects a lack of interest or consideration.
Furthermore, the Lieutenant Governor does not assume any organisational, decision-making, or political role, and does not participate in activities of a commercial or partisan nature.

The personal information collected in this form will be used to process your invitation request with the Lieutenant Governor, as well as to ensure the follow-up and management of your request. It will be used solely for these purposes, in a confidential and secure manner, in accordance with the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information.
